The Priority Support & Upgrade Coverage Plan
entitles you to the following benefits:
- Telephone Support:
Monday to Friday during US East Coast and
European business hours.
- Priority Email
Support: Requests arriving at our
priority email address are treated with high
priority, and we undertake to respond within one
business day, by email or telephone. Even if you
submit your request via email, we may phone you
back if the circumstances and the nature of your
issue warrant it.
- Designated
Support Contacts: In order to ensure
efficient handling on both sides, we will
provide support to people you designate for this
purpose. The number of contacts you may
designate depends on the number of users you
purchase:
- 49 users or less: 1
contact
- 50 to 99 users:
up to 2 contacts
- 100 users or more: up
to 3 contacts
- We provide additional
documentation and experience to help you deploy
SpeedFiler across the enterprise.
- During the coverage
period, you are entitled to free upgrades to new
versions of SpeedFiler at no additional cost.
This is the most reliable and economical way to
stay current on product releases.
- We will offer you early
access to Beta versions of SpeedFiler and other
products we are developing.
